The importance to making a quality window starts with control and consistency.
Our automated saws cut vinyl profiles to exact measurement;
automated welders weld the frame and the operating sash at the same time.
This ensures the best possible seal, (having a great seal is our vision, and a reflection in our company name WINDOW SEAL).
All corners are finished by automated cleaning systems that give a unique shadow grove to a corner; more importantly, making sure your welded corner frames are not susceptible to cracks in the future. All glass is cut, using automation giving precision cuts to your window pane. This glass is cleaned through our automated glass washer ensuring each unit has not been marked. We then seal each unit with our automated super spacer applicator.
